Viewing another user's tasks

You can only view another user's public activities.

To view another user's Task List

1. On the navigation bar, click Task List.

2. Click the Select Users button.

3. From the Select Users dialog box, select the users whose activities you would like to view, and then click OK.

The activities display in the Task List.
