Granting calendar access to other users

Depending on user role or access permissions that you specify, another user can schedule activities on your behalf. Users who can always schedule activities on your behalf have an Administrator or Manager role; users who can be given access to schedule activities on your behalf have a Standard or Restricted role.

All users, regardless of role, can view other users' calendars.

To grant calendar access to other users

  1. From the Schedule menu, click Grant Calendar Access.

The Calendar Access dialog box appears. The table lists all the users in the database and their access and role settings. For field definitions, press F1.

  1. Select the user whose calendar access you want to modify.

  2. Click the Access button.

The Edit Access dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.

  1. Select View and Schedule to give the user access to schedule activities for you, and then click OK.
