Attaching scheduled activities to e-mail messages
To attach a scheduled activity to an e-mail message
Select the activity in a calendar, the Task List, or the Activities tab.
Right-click on the activity, and then click Send Activity (Calendar) or Send Activity E-mail (Task List or Activities tab).
The New Message window opens. All participants, except users, are listed in the To field. The type of activity and the information from the activity’s Regarding field displays as the subject of the message. The schedule information, including details, appears in the body of the message, and the activity is attached so that recipients can merge it into their calendars.
Make any changes and send the e-mail.
