Creating layouts
To create a new layout
From the Tools menu, point to Design Layouts, and then select Contact, Group, or Company to open the Layout Designer.
The layout you selected appears in the Layout Designer.
From the File menu, point to New, and then select the type of layout you want to create.
The layout appears in the Layout Designer. You can add fields and tabs, select background colors, text fonts, graphics, and so on using the Toolbox or Properties window. To add a field to a layout, the field must already exist in the database. If you need to create a field, see Creating a new field.
