Opening e-mail attachments

You can open an e-mail attachment. If the attachment is a file or document, you must have access to the application the file or document was created in.

If the attachment is a contact, group, or company record, or an activity, you can merge the record or activity into your ACT! database.

To open an e-mail attachment

  1. Open the message containing the attachment.

  2. In the Attach list, double-click the file.

The attachment opens. You can print or save the attachment.
