Using rulers on report templates

Rulers display by default to help you align objects in a report template.

To show or hide rulers on a report template

  1. Create or modify a report template.

The report appears in the Report Designer.

  1. From the View menu, click Ruler.

If a check mark appears next to the command, the item displays. If no check mark appears, the item is hidden.

To change ruler settings on a report template

  1. Create or modify a report template.

The report appears in the Report Designer.

  1. From the View menu, click Ruler Settings.

  2. From the Ruler Settings dialog box, select Inches or Centimeters, and then click OK.
