Setting storage locations for personal files
You can set the storage location for personal files such as databases, documents, Internet links, and dictionaries.
To set the location for a personal file
From the Tools menu, click Preferences.
On the General tab, in the Personal Files Locations box, select a file type from the File type list.
In the Location field, type the location or click the Browse button to select the folder where the file type will be stored, and then click OK.
To set the location for another file type, select the file type from the File type list, and repeat step 3.
When you are finished with all file types, click Apply.
