Creating activities from e-mail messages

If you receive an e-mail reminder for an activity, you can merge the activity into your ACT! database so the activity appears on your calendar.

To create an activity from an e-mail message

  1. From the ACT! E-mail window, select the e-mail message from the contact for which you want to create an activity.

  2. From the Actions menu, click Create Activity from Message.

The Schedule Activity dialog box appears.

  1. Complete the details for scheduling the activity. Press F1 for more information.
