Assigning icons to custom commands
To assign an icon to a command
From the Tools menu, point to Customize, and then click Menus and Toolbars.
In the Customize Menus and Toolbars dialog box, click the Custom Commands tab.
Select the command that you want to add an icon to, and then click the Icon button.
In the Select an Icon dialog box, type the path, or click browse (...) to locate the file, and then click OK.

You must select a file with an .exe, .ico, or .dll extension. Executable files (with a .exe extension) generally contain multiple icons. |
You can add the command to any toolbar.
