Changing your default e-mail system

To change the default e-mail system

  1. From the Tools menu, click Preferences, and then click the E-mail tab.

  2. In the E-mail system box, display the Send e-mail to contacts using list, and then specify the default system to use when sending e-mail. Press F1 for more information.

  3. Click Apply, and then click OK.

You can override this selection for an individual e-mail message.
