Emptying the Deleted Items folder
To empty the Deleted Items folder
From the ACT! E-mail window, in the Folder List, select the Deleted Items folder .
From the Edit menu, click Empty 'Deleted Items' Folder.

You can set an option on the E-mail tab of the Preferences dialog box to automatically empty the Deleted Items folder when you exit e-mail. |
