Adding contacts when scheduling an activity

To add a contact when scheduling an activity

  1. Schedule an activity. In the General tab, click the Contacts button, and then select New Contact.

The New Contact dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.

  1. Enter the contact information, and then click OK.

The contact's name appears in the With field of the Schedule Activity dialog box.
