Deactivating activity types

When an activity type is no longer being used, you can deactivate it. Current activities associated with a deactivated activity type do not change.

To deactivate an activity type

1. Edit an activity type.

2. From the Edit Activity Type dialog box, clear the Active field, and then click OK. For field definitions, press F1.
