About faxing

ACT! Premium for Web Server supports the integration of third-party fax applications. The fax features available to you through ACT! Premium for Web Server are limited by the fax software product you select.  

You can fax many of the documents that you can print in ACT! Premium for Web Server. You can fax reports, letters, proposals, quotes, or any Microsoft Word or ACT! word processor file. ACT! Premium for Web Server retrieves the contact's fax number from your address book. If your fax software supports it, you can output a mail merge to the fax software, sending one document to multiple recipients in a single process.

Before you can fax documents from ACT! Premium for Web Server, you must install and configure a fax modem and software.
