Inserting hyperlinks into documents

To insert a hyperlink into a document

  1. If necessary, open the document.

The document appears in the word processor.

  1. Position the cursor where you want to insert the hyperlink.

  2. From the Insert menu, click Hyperlink.

  3. In the Linked Text field, type the text you want to use as the hyperlink.

  4. In the Linked To field, type the URL, and then click OK.
