Setting up a default history option for e-mail

To set a default history option for e-mail

  1. From the Tools menu, click Preferences.

  2. Click the E-mail tab, and then click Composing Options.

  3. Under History options, select one of the options. Press F1 for field definitions.

  4. Click OK.
