Creating and deleting companies

To create a company

  1. From the Company Detail or Company List window, click the New Company icon on the toolbar.

A blank Company Detail window appears

  1. Complete the fields as necessary.

  1. Select the Contacts tab.

  2. Click the Add/Remove Contacts button to add contacts to the newly created company.

The Add/Remove Contacts dialog box appears. For field definitions press F1.

  1. Add contacts, and then click OK.

To delete a company

  1. From the Company Detail or Company List, click the Groups menu, point to Companies, and then click Delete.

  2. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
