Viewing another user's calendar

You cannot view details about another user's private activities, but the user's time displays as "busy" for the duration of the private activity. |
To view another user's calendar
On the navigation bar, click Calendar.
Click the Select Users button.
From the Select Users dialog box, select the user whose calendar you would like to view, and then click OK.
The user's activities display in the calendar view.
