Setting up Microsoft Outlook

You can set up Microsoft Outlook as one of the e-mail systems to use with ACT!, and then you can select Outlook as the default system. See About Outlook address book integration for additional integration features between ACT! and Outlook.

To set up Microsoft Outlook

  1. From the Tools menu, click Preferences.

  2. Click the E-mail tab, and then click E-mail System Setup.

The E-mail Setup Wizard opens.

  1. Follow the instructions on the screens, clicking Next to advance. Press F1 for field definitions.

  2. Click Finish.
