Replying to e-mail messages

To reply to an e-mail message

  1. In the ACT! E-mail window, open the message you want to reply to or select the message in the Inbox.

  1. Click the Reply or Reply to All tool.

  2. Type your reply in the text box, and then click Send, or save your message to send later.
