Setting quote preferences

To set quote preferences

1. From the Tools menu, click Preferences.

2. On the General tab, click Quote Preferences.

3. In the Quote Preferences dialog box, select Prompt for quote number when generating. For field definitions, press F1.

4. (Optional) In the Quote prefix field, type the prefix you want to use for quotes.

5. Click OK to save the settings, and then click Apply.
