Filtering the display of notes, histories, or attachments

To filter the display of notes, histories or attachments

  • Select the Notes or History tab for a contact, company, or group.

  • To filter by date, in the Dates field, select one of the items from the list.

  • To filter by user, click Select Users. In the Select Users dialog box, choose one of the options. For Selected users, choose user(s) from the list, and then click OK.

  • To filter by history item type, in the Types box, select from the list. You can select more than one item type.
