Forwarding e-mail messages

To forward an e-mail message

  1. In the ACT! E-mail window, open the message you want to forward or select the message in the Inbox.

  1. Click the Forward tool.  

  2. In the To, Cc, and/or Bcc fields, type one or more e-mail addresses, or contact, company or group names, separating multiple names or addresses in one field by a semicolon.

Click the To, Cc, or Bcc buttons to open the Select Recipients dialog box and select contact, company or group names from one or more address books. Press F1 for field definitions. See Addressing an e-mail message.

  1. (Optional) In the text box, type any information that you want to precede the message you are forwarding.

  2. Click Send, or save your message to send later.
