Using the Toolbox in report templates or layouts

You can use the Toolbox in the Report and Layout Designers to create or modify fields and objects in report templates and layouts.

In the Layout Designer, tools are found in two groups in the Toolbox: Field and Drawing. The Field tools are: Field, Memo Field, Picture Field, YesNo Field, Record Manager, and Access. The Drawing tools are: Text, Image, Rectangle, and Ellipse. You can use the tools to add fields and objects to the layout.
