Adding resources and locations

To add a resource and location

  1. From the Schedule menu, point to Manage, and then click Resources.

The Manage Resources dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.

  1. Click Add.

The Add Resource dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.

  1. In the Name field, type the name for the resource.

  2. (Optional) If you want to make the resource a location, select This resource is also a location, and then click OK. For more information on setting a resource as a location, see Setting or deleting a resource as a location.

The resource appears in the Resources list.
