Saving e-mail messages to a file

To save an e-mail message to a file

  1. In the ACT! E-mail window, open the message or select the message(s) from the message list.

  1. From the File menu, select Save As.

  2. In the Save As dialog box, select a location for the file, enter a File name, and then click Save.

The Save As dialog box appears for each message you selected.

By default, the message saves as an IMA file (ACT! format). You can save as a text (.txt) file.
