Opening databases

To open a specific database

1. From the File menu, click Open Database.

2. In the Open dialog box, select one of the existing databases to open or browse to one in a different location.

3. Click Open.

To select a database to open by default

1. From the Tools menu, click Preferences.

2. On the Startup tab, select Last opened to open the last opened database

or

To specify the database, select Named database, and then click the browse button to locate the database.
