Files or attachments did not synchronize
Problem:
I have access to the contact record, but supplemental files or attachments did not synchronize.
Reasons for the problem:
There are several reasons why this may occur.
When the remote database was created, the Administrator did not select the options to allow supplemental files or attachments to synchronize.
Solution: Synchronize first, then ask the Administrator of the main database to re-create another remote database, with the options for supplemental files and attachments selected. You can then unpack and restore the recreated database.
It is possible that a file or attachment was being used when synchronization occurred.
Solution: The file or attachment should synchronize on the next scheduled synchronization session.
