Adding and removing picture fields on report templates
The picture field allows you to pull a picture into a report from a contact's record. To add a picture field, you must have a picture field in your database.
To add a picture field to a report template
Open the Report Designer.
From the Toolbox, click Picture Field.
Position the cross-hair pointer where you want to insert the field, and then drag it to define the size.
The Select Field dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.
From the Select a record type list, select a record type.
From the Fields list, select the field.
(Optional) By default, the Include a label check box is selected. To avoid adding a label, clear the check box.
Click Add, and then click Close.
To remove a picture field from a report template
Open the Report Designer.
Select the picture field, and then press DELETE.
