Printing contact, group, and company information

To print contact, group, and company information

  1. Display the contact, group, or company view that you want to print. For information on locating a specific contact, group, or company, see About finding contacts and contact information.

  2. If you want to include information from a specific tab, click the tab.

  3. From the toolbar, click the Quick Print button.

  4. On the Print dialog box, click OK.

To print information from a specific tab only

  1. Display the contact, group, or company view that you want to print. For information on locating a specific contact, group, or company, see About finding contacts and contact information.

  2. Click the tab you want to print.

  3. From the right-click shortcut menu, click the print option.

The name of the print option depends on which tab you selected. For example, if you want to print information from the Notes tab, select Print Notes. If you want to print information from the Activities tab, select Print Activities. However, you cannot print a list of documents from the Documents tab.

  1. On the Print dialog box, click OK.
