Customizing the ACT! E-mail window message list columns

To customize the ACT! E-mail window message list columns

  1. From the ACT! E-mail window, from the View menu, click Columns.

The Columns dialog box opens.

  2. To display a column, click the check box, or click Show.

  3. To hide a column, clear the check box, or click Hide.

  4. To order the columns, select a column, and click Move Up or Move Down. This changes the order of the columns from left to right in the message list.

  5. To set the size of a column, select the column, and then in The selected column should be XX pixels wide, type a number.

  6. To reset to the default information, click Reset.

  1. When you are done, click OK.

From the message list, you can click a column name, hold and drag the column to another location. You can click the separator between the column headings and when a double-sided arrow appears, drag the column to the size you want.
