Monitoring Messages Issued by the COMPOSER Command
When the COMPOSER command is used to run a Processing Sequence, it will issue message CPF9898 as an *ESCAPE message if the Processing Sequence does not end normally. You can monitor for CPF9898 in your CL programs using the MONMSG CL command.
