Create a network place

Microsoft Office Access 2003

  1. In My Network Places, double-click Add Network Place.
  2. Follow the instructions in the Add Network Place Wizard.

ShowFrom within Microsoft Windows Explorer

  • In Windows Explorer, click My Network Places under Folders, double-click Add Network Place and follow the instructions in the Add Network Place Wizard.

ShowFrom within Microsoft Access

  1. Do one of the following:

    • On the File menu, click New to display the New File task pane.
    • In the Open dialog box (File menu), select My Network Places under Look in.
    • In the Save As dialog box (File menu), type in the name of the data access page, select My Network Places under Save in.
  2. Double-click Add Network Place Button image, select Create a new Network Place, click Next, and then follow the instructions in the Add Network Place Wizard.
