Set the default view of a database object
- Open a table, query, or form in Design view.
- Do one of the following:
- On a table or query, click Properties
on the toolbar.
- On a form, double-click the form selector.
- On a table or query, click Properties
- Set the DefaultView property by selecting a value from the list.
Note If you want to disable a view for a form, you can set one or more of the following properties: AllowFormView, AllowDatasheetView, AllowPivotTableView, and AllowPivotChartView.
