Show or hide table names in the query design grid (MDB)

Note  The information in this topic applies only to a Microsoft Access database (.mdb).

When you add fields from multiple tables to the query design grid, you might want to track which table each field came from by displaying the table names under the field names.

1. Open the query in Design view.
2. On the View menu, click Table Names.
