Insert or delete a criteria row in the design grid (MDB)
Note The information in this topic applies only to a Microsoft Access database (.mdb).
- Open a query in Design view, or open a form or datasheet and show the Advanced Filter/Sort window.
- Do one of the following:
To insert a criteria row, click in the row that is below where you want the new row to appear, and then click Rows on the Insert menu. A new row is inserted above the row that you clicked.
To delete a criteria row, click anywhere in the row, and then click Delete on the Edit menu.
