Show or hide a section

Hiding sections on a form or report is useful when you don't want to display information contained in a section.

1. Open a form or report in Design view.
2. Double-click the form selector or the report selector.
3. Set the Visible property to Yes or No.

Note  You cannot hide the page header and footer sections on a form.
