Special keys that can be turned on or off at startup
Selecting or clearing the Use Access Special Keys check box in the Startup dialog box enables or disables all of the following keys in a Microsoft Access file.
| Keys | Result |

| F11 | Brings the Database window to the front. |
| CTRL+G | Brings up the Immediate window. |
| CTRL+F11 | Toggles between the custom menu bar and the built-in menu bar. |
| CTRL+BREAK | In a Microsoft Access project, stops Access from retrieving records from the server. |
| ALT+F11 | Starts the Microsoft Visual Basic Editor. |
