View information about a field or item in PivotTable view
- Open a datasheet or form in PivotTable view.
- Do one of the following:
- For information about a field, click the label of the field.
- For information about an item of data in a field, click the item.
- On the PivotTable toolbar, click Properties
, and then click the Captions tab.
