Choose Target Table for Insert Values Dialog Box

Allows you to specify the table to add a row to. This dialog box appears if more than one table is displayed in the Diagram pane when you change a query’s type to be an Append query. You can create an Append query only as part of a stored procedure.

Select the table to add a row to, and then choose OK.
