Change the width of newsletter-style columns

1. Switch to print layout view.
2. If your document is divided into sections, click in the section you want to change.
3. Drag the column markers on the horizontal ruler.

   

   Left Indent

   Right Indent

   Move Column Marker

Note  To specify exact measurements for column widths and spacing, use the Columns command on the Format menu.
