From Microsoft Office Word 2003
Select a document view
Do any of the following:

Click the View menu to select Normal, Web Layout, Print Layout, Outline, Reading Layout, Document Map, or Thumbnails.

Click the File menu to select either Web Page Preview or Print Preview view.
