Modify a comment
If the comments aren't visible on the screen, click Markup on the View menu.
- Click inside the balloon for the comment you want to edit.
- Modify the text as appropriate.
Note If the balloons are hidden or if only part of the comment is displayed, you can modify the comment in the Reviewing Pane at the bottom of the screen. To show the Reviewing Pane, click Reviewing Pane
on the Reviewing
toolbar.
