Show or hide conditional formatting criteria for a Data View
- Open a page that contains a Data View with conditional formatting applied.
- In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design .
- In the Conditional Formatting task pane, under Existing Conditions, move the pointer over the condition you want, and then click the arrow that appears.
- Do one of the following:
To show all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Show content when, click Show: All.
To hide all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Show content when, click Show: None.
To hide all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Hide content when, click Hide: All.
To show all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Hide content when, click Hide: None.
To apply formatting to all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Apply style when, click Apply: All.
To remove formatting from all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Apply style when, click Apply: None.
