Show or hide conditional formatting criteria for a Data View

  1. Open a page that contains a Data View with conditional formatting applied.
  2. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  3. In the Conditional Formatting task pane, under Existing Conditions, move the pointer over the condition you want, and then click the arrow that appears.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To show all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Show content when, click Show: All.

    • To hide all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Show content when, click Show: None.

    • To hide all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Hide content when, click Hide: All.

    • To show all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Hide content when, click Hide: None.

    • To apply formatting to all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Apply style when, click Apply: All.

    • To remove formatting from all similar fields or page elements when the condition is set to Apply style when, click Apply: None.
