Add a Data View

  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. On the Data menu, click Insert Data View.
  3. In the Data Source Catalog task pane, under the heading you want, click a data source.

    If the heading is collapsed, click to expand it.

  4. Place your pointer over the data source you want, and then click the arrow next to it.
  5. On the shortcut menu, click Insert Data View.
  6. In the Data View Details task pane, set the properties you want.
