Copy inline styles for text

1. Select the characters or paragraphs that have the formatting you want to copy.

   To copy the formatting of an entire paragraph, make sure the selection includes the paragraph mark.

   How?

   To see the paragraph marks, on the Standard toolbar, click Show All .

2. On the Standard toolbar, click Format Painter , and then select the text to which you want to apply the formatting.
