Convert a table to text

  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Click anywhere in the table that you want to convert to text.
  3. On the Table menu, point to Select, and then click Table.
  4. On the Table menu, point to Convert, and then click Table To Text.

Note  Each cell becomes a separate paragraph.
