Publish files from a remote Web site to a local Web site

1. On the View menu, click Remote Web Site.
2. In the Local Web site pane, right-click each file that you do not want to publish, and then click Don't Publish on the shortcut menu.
3. Under the Remote Web site pane, under Publish all changed pages, click Remote to local.
4. Click Publish Web site.

Note  If you cancel a publish in progress, files that have already been published will remain on the destination Web server.
