Turn support for ActiveX controls on or off

1. On the Tools menu, click Page Options, and then click the Authoring tab.
2. To turn support for ActiveX controls on or off, select or clear the ActiveX controls check box.

Note  If you specify browser compatibility settings that favor Netscape Navigator, ActiveX controls are disabled by default. If you override the default and enable ActiveX controls, your Web site might not be displayed properly, or it might contain errors.
