Edit a hyperlink

ShowChange the text of a hyperlink

  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Select the hyperlink text, and type the new text.

ShowChange the destination of a hyperlink

  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Right-click the hyperlink, and click Hyperlink Properties on the shortcut menu.
  3. In the Address box, enter the hyperlink destination you want.

ShowChange the target frame

  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Select the text or picture that you are using as a hyperlink, and then click Insert Hyperlink Button image.
  3. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, click Target Frame, and then do one of the following:

    Show Choose a target frame within your frames page

    • In the Target Frame dialog box, the Current frames page area shows a map of your frames page. Click in the frame you would like to set as the target frame.

    Show Choose a target frame either within your frames page or outside of it

    • In the Target Frame dialog box, the Common targets area gives you several target frame options. Click one of the options to select a target frame.
